Definitions
- ―"Studio" refers to Sonali Tech Studio.
- ―"Client" refers to the individual, business, or startup purchasing services.
- ―"Services" refers to bug fixes, support, web development, custom applications, AI integrations, automated configurations, and API developments.
Scope of Service & Cart Orders
By selecting a service (such as Bug Fix & Support or Custom Software Engineering) and completing the checkout intake, the client initiates a formal project discovery or service execution tier. The scope of deliverables is strictly mapped out in the chosen service tier or accompanying statement of work.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Unless otherwise specified by a distinct, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), all intellectual property rights, source code, repository structural files, and deployment configurations generated by the Studio shall be completely assigned to the Client upon full clearance of the corresponding payment milestone.
Limitation of Liability
Sonali Tech Studio provides custom software, AI configurations, and technical optimizations "as is." While we adhere to rigorous software standards (including SOLID design principles), the Studio shall not be liable for system downtime, third-party API breakages (including upstream LLM providers), or direct or indirect damages resulting from client deployment configurations.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
