Custom Software & AI Development
Due to the custom engineering hours, compute costs, and bespoke architectural layout involved in building custom applications, web platforms, and intelligent AI solutions, all one-time payments for completed milestones or deployed code packages are non-refundable.
Bug Fix & Support Services
If a purchased Bug Fix tier fails to resolve the specific technical error detailed by the client in their onboarding project brief, Sonali Tech Studio will dedicate additional support hours to resolve the conflict at no extra charge.
- ―If it is mutually determined that the technical dependency or underlying constraint makes the fix impossible to deploy, a full or partial refund of that service tier may be issued at the sole discretion of the Studio management.
Ongoing Service & Automation Retainers
For monthly support retainers, ongoing API maintenance, or managed AI agent hosting, clients can cancel their rolling subscription at any time. Cancellations must be requested via email at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations.
